1000 Affirming Words

In listening to my learners, several of my clients and some of my mentees, I have come to notice that many of us speak ENTIRELY too much negativity into our own lives! We say all types of negative things to ourselves and/our of mouths!!! Then, we say… “Coach D! Please help!” Now… wait just one minute!!! Something’s wrong here! Something is DEFINITELY wrong!

I record many of my conversations with clients and students for personal research and future archival, YET… I have subsequently found that the recordings are VERY much beneficial to these learners for their own personal growth more than anything else! So! I end up sharing the recordings because I want them to LISTEN to their self-talk. I want them to HEAR how they commonly communicate with me in seeking help, so I can just imagine how they speak when not seeking the positive outcome of it all. QUESTION…

What type of self-talk do YOU have???

Don’t know? Listen to the yourself! ( This is what I’ve charged my students to do!) What types of things do you say to yourself? What types of limits are your setting for yourself? What level of challenge are you consistently CREATING for yourself? What are you SPEAKING into your LIFE???

And we wonder why we are stuck? We wonder why we STAY stuck there!

Whelp! I’m going to challenge you! Just as I have challenged my students, I want to you write 1000 Affirming Words! Speak LIFE! Speak POSITIVE things into your life! Decree! Declare! OR… as one of my students so PERFECTLY put it…

“Declare… declare… declare… and DECREE!!!”
