Here’s a quick graphic I came up with many moons ago when just attempting to get into what has now become Sh’Shares NETWORK, LLC!

At the time, I simply wanted the women that I hung around to welcome more substantive engagement in our already frequent interactions. I called it… Our Sister Circle—a name that both fit and stuck since that time.

Use this idea for yourself to help to engage the women around into something similar! The attached was simply used as a basic announcement until I could get my thoughts together. Be sure to let “announcements” work in your favor understanding that things won’t happen until you move on them. That isn’t to say that you wait for some “most opportune” time to get things done—that doesn’t exist! The idea though is that if you throw something out there, you’ll be able to buy yourself development time, gauge interest and also create and build anticipation for what you’re developing. All of these are GREAT ways to build your own follow through since it makes people actively aware of what you’re doing, even if they don’t “really” know. This is a great process to hold yourself accountable to yourself as well as to hose around you.
