The Total Woman Brand of Lady Chantell Williams

Here is the continuation of Lady Chantell Williams’s INTERVIEW with www.ShShares.com…

We asked Lady Chantell of some of the challenges in her personal life as a result of her business endeavors. Here are her responses.

On Personals…

What kind of issues do you face in your personal life based on your occupation?

I am a woman who has a corporate job, so sometimes that sometimes interferes with events that I’m asked to speak at.

Provide an example of sacrifice that you have made for your goals/career?

I spent Thanksgiving in California for a pageant one year. If anyone knows anything about me, I love spending the holidays with my family, so that was very different.

Has it been worth it?

Yes

Are you fulfilled?

I am working on this with the help of the Lord

Has this journey been everything you thought it would be?

Honestly, when I started, the goal was to be a make up artist. However, as I begin to evolve as a person so did my business.

What has been the highlight of your career thus far?

The highlight of my career has been traveling with all expenses paid as well as connecting with new people.

What about challenges and dreaming…

What has been your most difficult moment/period and why?

I would have to say Covid was the most difficult I’ve experienced thus far. The world literally shut down so all of the work I was doing with high school royal courts came to a stop. Also, I was no longer able to travel for pageants. It was probably the most difficult, because I never had to be steel for that long.

Have you ever considered quitting? If so, why?

Sure I have. It’s so much more work when the dream is your own.

What is your focus? / What guides you on your path?

My focus is to remind women how precious they are, and that’s got it by the Lord.

How would you say that being in this community role has positively impacted your life?

I have been able to meet new people and possibly teach them something no one else has. I simply plant the seed.

If you were not in this profession, what else could you see yourself doing?

Because what I do has so many layers to it I’m really not sure what else I could do that I don’t already do.

In Closing…

If you could share a word of advice or tip with others based on your experience, what would you share?

You don’t have to be the best in your field and people will still work with you, because of how you made them feel.

Finally, knowing where you are now and all you have experienced up until this point, what TWO words of advice would you share with your *FUTURE* self?

I knew you could do it all along and remain faithful

What do you have in store for your future? Any pending goals?

Possibly rebranding
