Here is some sample verbiage I’ve used over the course of time to secure my photography clients:

If we’ve already spoken and I don’t have time to draft a full message but want to get the pricing out quickly for various reasons:

Greetings!

It was a pleasure speaking with you! Attached, you will find the pricing that we discussed. 

OR

Hi Ma’am/Sir (OR Dearest if I knew him/her personally, just to add a very personable touch!)!!!
I have attached general pricing for your review. Sometimes I’d also say: When you’re ready, booking can be completed HERE.
Please contact me if you have any questions! OR Please contact me as you decide on the option that works best for you!
I will be in touch soon!

Prior communication with a limited time rate offer so they are encouraged to book quickly!:

Hello Again Maranda!!!
I have attached current pricing for your review. I will perform your ceremony for $200. If you would like to lock in that rate, let me know and I will invoice you.
I will honor this rate until the end of January.

Note the ridiculous rate listed. I was money hungry at this point, so I was willing to take ANYTHING.

TIP: 
NEVER get money hungry because you can tend to do things out of desperation or without… keeping the main thing the main thing, and of course you always want to keept the main thing the main thing!!! 😉
